Orthopaedics and Trauma

Treating musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, degenerative diseases, infections, bone deformities, bone tumors, and congenital limb deformities, orthopedics is a speciality area that crosses age, gender and disability and applies to the majority of our population more than once in our lifetimes. Trauma surgery is a sub-speciality of orthopaedics (among many medical disciplines) dealing with the operations required to manage fractures and major trauma sustained through a range of incidents.
